On August 31, 2020 a Ground Breaking Ceremony was held on site for the Mayfield West Phase 2 Community.

On October 16, 2020 members of GSAI were invited to a Ground-Breaking Ceremony for Kaneff’s Keystone project located on the south side of Burnhamthorpe Road East, just east of Robert Speck Parkway.
