LOBLAWS HEAD OFFICE – (constructed) located at 1 Presidents Choice Circle, the north-west corner of Mississauga Road and Highway 401 in the Bram West Secondary Plan area of the City of Brampton.  This 28 acre development is the site of Loblaws Head office with 443,000 sq. ft.employing 1700 employees.  GSAI, working on behalf of our client Orlando Corporation, was responsible for draft plan preparation and rezoning services to facilitate the development of this site. 



PORT CREDIT MAINSTREET COMMERCIAL – Pelican (Lakeshore) Commercial Inc. (constructed) 1.95 acre “Mainstreet Commercial” development located on the south side of Lakeshore Road East, in between Maple Avenue South and Pine Avenue South in Port Credit (Mississauga).  Development consists of a Shoppers Drug Mart consisting of approximately 1,520 sq.m. GFA and a separate two-storey medical / retail building consisting of approximately 1,114.8 sq.m. GFA, and both buildings have frontage on Lakeshore Road East.  GSAI was responsible for the requisite Official Plan Amendment, Zoning By-Law Amendment and Site Plan Approvals to facilitate development of this site. 



WOODHILL CENTRE – Fieldgate Commercial (approved) 35 acre development area consisting of several phases. Located at Airport Road and Hwy. 7 (Queen Street) within the east central area of the City of Brampton. Commercial tenants include Home Depot, Golf Town, Future Shop, Petsmart, Michaels, TD Canada Trust, Royal Bank of Canada, Montana’s and East Side Mario’s. The commercial total GFA is approximately 480,000ft2.  GSAI was responsible for the site plan approvals, zoning by-law amendment, official plan amendment and Ontario Municipal Board involvement.

7685 HURONTARIO STREET - located at County Court Blvd. in the south Brampton Hurontario Street gateway is a 7+ storey Class A Office Building of approximately 80,000 sq.ft.  GSAI assisted in the coordination of Minor Variances, Consents, Site Plan and Building Permit approvals.

COURTYARD BY MARRIOTT & RESIDENCE INN (constructed). Project includes two new hotels on 4.25 acres in northwest Mississauga. The Courtyard consists of a six storey, 143 bedroom facility and the Residence Inn consists of a five storey, 118 bedroom “long stay” facility. GSAI was responsible for the coordination and approvals for site plan approval and building permits.


NORTHRIDGE ESTATES (approved) 82 acre development located in the east side of the urban area of the Town of Shelburne.  The planned community consists of over 320 residential units (primarily detached units) with unique “buffer parks” between the existing neighborhood and the new Northridge Estates development.  In addition 8.5 acres of Highway Commercial was approved along County Road 124 (former Hwy 24).  GSAI was responsible for the development concept plans, subdivision design and obtaining approvals for the zoning by-law amendment and draft plan of subdivision.  The project also involved community interaction due to the interface of the existing neighborhood into the design and that about half of the subject lands being the former Shelburne Fiddler’s Community Park..    CLICK HERE FOR DRAFT PLAN
